Our promise
We want you to love Invoice Generator Max. If our Pro or Team plan isn't working for you, we'll refund your first subscription charge within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Who qualifies
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following apply:
- You are a first-time subscriber on your current Paddle customer account
- The refund request is made within 30 days of your first paid charge
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service
What is not refundable
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Subscription renewals beyond your first charge
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations (abuse, fraud, chargebacks)
- Free-plan usage (Free has no charges to refund)
If you cancel a renewing subscription mid-period, your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No refund is issued for the unused portion of that period, but you will not be charged again.
How to request a refund
Email billing@invoicegeneratormax.com from the email address on your account. Include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The approximate date of your first charge
- Optional: a brief note on why the product isn't working for you (helps us improve, but is not required for the refund)
We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days. The refund is issued by our payment processor, Paddle, and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
What happens to your data after a refund
When your refund is processed, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Your existing invoices, clients, and settings remain accessible on the Free plan. If you want your account fully deleted, email privacy@invoicegeneratormax.com.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and will not speed up your refund — Paddle processes chargebacks on a separate, slower timeline than a standard refund request.
