You may create and export invoices without an account using our free generator at /invoices/new. Paid plans (Pro, Team) require an account.

Paid subscriptions (“Pro” and “Team”) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all paid transactions. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Create invoices that are fraudulent, misleading, or impersonate another party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

You retain ownership of all data you create in the Service, including invoices, client information, and business details (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, including any tax treatment applied to invoices you issue.

The Service, including its software, design, templates, logos, and written materials, is owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data you create will be preserved indefinitely. Invoice Generator Max is not an accounting, tax, or legal service and does not provide financial advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
