Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Invoice Generator Max Free includes 15 invoices per month, unlimited clients, full branding, and PDF export — forever. No trial, no watermarks, no credit card required.
What happens if I hit the 15-invoice limit on Free?
You can still view, edit, and send existing invoices. To create more than 15 in the same month, upgrade to Pro — or wait for the limit to reset on the 1st.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you downgrade, your data stays safe — you just lose access to paid features.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap. Students, nonprofits, and open-source maintainers can email us for a free Pro upgrade.
What payment methods can my clients use?
On Free, you can enable one gateway (Stripe or PayPal). On Pro and Team, enable every gateway we support — Stripe, PayPal, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Do I own my data? Can I export it?
Your data is yours. Export invoices, clients, and history to CSV, JSON, or bulk PDF at any time, on any plan. No lock-in, ever.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If Pro or Team isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
